We are always looking for properties to fix, flip, and rehab around the Atlanta area.  

We currently have an interest in properties around the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in the blocks between Northside Drive, Joseph E. Lowery Blvd, Joseph E. Boone Blvd., and Clark Atlanta University.  This is the Vine City neighborhood of Atlanta. 

We are open to other areas as well.
